Year 9, welcome to 2013 and our new CT project.

This term we will become contributors to the world wide web by creating HTML websites which will promote an author/artist/musician/historical figure.

Today we will begin our project by starting the Investigation.

1.  Identify the problem:

You will write an introduction to your project.  You will explain the problem and discuss its relevance. You will describe what the problem is and offer a solution.  You will also relate the problem to Approaches to Learning.

Learning Objectives - The student will: consider the importance of the problem within a wider context and outline a simple design brief, identify meaningful questions, carry out web search, select and organize appropriate sources and evaluate them.

      Of course you do Alex. This is the introduction to our project. You need to write 2 paragraphs. Paragraph 1 will tell everyone what our unit question is, why this project is relevant, how you will solve the problem, and who you are making this website for. Paragraph 2 will connect your project to Approaches to Learning and you will focus on "how you communicate your learning". Work step by step and you will surely be successful.
